I work with individual trainers, teams, and organizations to adopt humanistic leadership approaches to increase psychological safety and generate a more inclusive culture through experiential training and coaching for individuals and teams.

When partnering with LauraLynn, groups cultivate cultures perceived and experienced as more psychologically safe through empirical-based awareness methods. When interacting with others, individuals obtain greater clarity on how to relate to others from the emotional and mental levels to bodily presence. These human-centered approaches grow environments that feel more acknowledging, empathetic, and inclusive to diverse groups of individuals.

Coaching with LauraLynn is a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. It allows individuals to become more in tune with their inner knowledge and better equipped to manage life's challenges. By honing one’s emotional, mental, and bodily needs, individuals learn to master stressful situations and cultivate a centered presence in their work and personal lives. This newfound capacity boosts productivity and deepens one’s ability to connect mindfully with others. 

Speaking

Online or in-person, LauraLynn inspires individuals to consider how humanizing their relationships changes not only their lives but those of others. Stories and scenarios from leadership development offerings, research, and her interactions with folks from teens to adults compel and encourage the audience to be part of the change in the world. Additionally, interweaving her life challenges builds a sense of vulnerability and hope with individuals who listen to and interact with LauraLynn.

Online, in-person, and hybrid offerings with LauraLynn build intrapersonal and interpersonal social awareness. By developing an understanding and experience of humanistic approaches in one’s personal and professional life, relationship-building capacities deepen and expand across various cultures and life experiences. These offerings will enhance individual inner agency and personal leadership or change agent capacity.
